ABOUT
InIntroduction
Hi, I'm Daichi.
I’m a personal trainer and fitness coach based in Amsterdam, with a background in kinesiology, functional training, nutrition and physiotherapy education.
For me, training is about more than helping someone burn calories during a workout. I want to understand how you move, what you’re working toward, and what might be getting in the way.
Certifications
●NSCA Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT)
●NASM Certified Nutrition Coach
Coaching Philosophy
Training Should Fit the Person
Two people can share the exact same goal and still need completely different training programs.
Your experience, strength, mobility, movement patterns, physical history, lifestyle and preferences all matter — which is why I don’t believe in handing everyone the same workout.
My job as your coach is to find the right starting point for you, and progressively challenge you as your abilities improve.

My Goal as Your Coach
I don't want you to need a personal trainer forever.
Good coaching should leave you stronger, healthier and more knowledgeable — able to understand how to train, how to progress, and how to manage your own training with confidence.
That’s what long-term success looks like to me.
